The longest climb in Scotland - Tower Ridge, Ben Nevis

A huge feature dominates the icy north face of Ben Nevis - the massive Tower Ridge. A full days excursion requiring an alpine start even late in the season, many climbers have been trapped overnight by weather, visibility, high winds or treacherous conditions, some never to return.

On this trip Rob Kay and Tom Shaw left early and travelled fast, reaching the summit in splendid sunshine.
