Working Group 5 - Autistic Spectrum Disorder and Aspergers Syndrome

The group held it’s first meeting on 30th November 2005

We then set up three pieces of work. These are:

  1. Assessing the needs in Lothian
  2. Finding out what users and carers think of the services we already have
  3. The cost of services

Following discussion at the second Strategy Review Board meeting on 8th December it was decided to establish a separate Working Group on Aspergers Syndrome.

The ASD Group is being chaired by Richard Ibbotson of Autism Initiatives. The other members of the group include:
