Kilsyth has a number of very active sports clubs and associations, with many
sports represented at a high level, including boxing, tae kwon do, pool, bowling, fishing,
swimming, curling, and soccer.
XS Tae Kwon Do which trains at Broadwood stadium between Cumbernauld and Kilsyth, won many of the top awards at the 2007 UK championships in Stratford, coming overall third place. They also rated highly at the 2007 Scottish championships on 19th May. Centre: Kilsyth's modern swimming pool is within a minute of the town centre.
